How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and popular characters.

What's the cancellation policy?

All payments are final and non-refundable. If you need to cancel, your deposit may be held as a credit toward a rescheduled event for up to 1 year. See Terms or contact us with any questions.
